Originating from Central America, this easy to grow plant grows steadily up to 30cm in height and can be kept short by cutting the stems back regularly. Preferring good light conditions above 180 PAR and a temperature range between 18-26°C this species is very suitable as a foreground or carpet plant in aquascaped aquariums.
