Continuous Intent Delivery: How Software Gets Built When AI Writes the Code

For twenty-five years, software development frameworks have been designed around a single assumption: humans are the implementation bottleneck, and coordination is the job. That assumption has been falsified. AI coding tools now generate correct, verified implementation in minutes instead of days. The bottleneck has moved permanently - to the clarity of intent going in, and the rigor of verification coming out.
