The blue stamp ink refill is suitable to mark food packaging according to USDA. FDA-Code of Federal Regulations 21. Section 175.105(a)(2). DO NOT USE THIS BLUE STAMP INK REFILL AS FOOD COLOR! Do not use on food directly. Do not drink or ingest. Do not use as printer ink. Do not use as tattoo ink.
